  • Your Conduct: You must not use our website to post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on anyone else’s rights.
  • Indemnity: If your use of our Service causes any problem (e.g., you get sued by a game company, you violate these terms), you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (Rednick16 and its operators) completely harmless from any and all claims, damages, and losses. You are using this Service at your own risk.

3. The Software & Services (What You’re Actually Buying)

  • The License: When you pay us, you are buying a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Software. You do not own the Software. We can take this license away at any time, for any reason.
  • No Warranty: The Service and Software are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any promises of being undetected, working correctly, or being available at all. We do not guarantee that you will not be banned. The entire risk of using the Software is yours.
  • No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to crack, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify our Software.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew. It is your responsibility to cancel if you do not want to be charged for the next period.
  • Price Changes: We can change our subscription prices at any time. We will try to give you notice, but we are not legally obligated to do so.
  • Strictly No Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the digital nature of the Software means we offer NO REFUNDS for any reason, including but not limited to: game bans, software malfunctions, or buyer’s remorse. Chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to the Service.

5. Geographic Restrictions

You are forbidden from accessing or using our Services if you are a resident of, or are located in, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the People’s Republic of China (including Hong Kong), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria. We reserve the right to block access from these and any other regions at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDNICK16 AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GAME ACCOUNTS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. General Terms

  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This is an anonymous service. We do not have a public physical address or legal headquarters. Any legal disputes are your own responsibility to resolve, and you agree that any hypothetical legal action must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
